August 5, Saint Victorie

I have visited the Saint Victoire three times during my stay.
I took pays D'AIX bus.  It costs €1 for one trip. 10 voyages ticket for €7.
It took 40 to 50 minutes from the long distance bus terminal.

The mountain was different look from the distance.
It was a little difficult to paint in the day time because no shade on the surface.
It looked like an old wizard face with full of wrinkles.

Maison-Victoire. (Bus #110 from downtown)
This is the best place to paint of a whole view of St. Victoire.
I would like to come back in spring or autumn to paint.

The bus stop. No one waiting for a bus, but me.

Le  Bouquit (Bus #110 from downtown)
When I was on the bus, I found this shady place.
It is one of  trail entrance to Saint Victorie.
The trail goes to Cezanne Refuse and the cross on the summit.

There were picnic tables!  So I was able to work in the shade.

They  went up to the summit with their dog.
I would like to do it when it is not so hot.

Barrage  de Baimont ( Bus#L140)
The lake is 1km from the bus stop.
I asked bicyclers to the lake about the direction because the sign was difficult to understand for me.

I found shade to sit and paint, and have my lunch.

When I was working on my painting suddenly a bride, a bridegroom and a photographer showed up.
They were a beautiful couple. I didn't know they are models or an real couple.
It was a great place to take wedding photographs.

The sky was beautiful, but it turned a little sprinkle, so I had to stop painting.

There was a restaurant sign near the bus stop.
I would like to have lunch at the restaurant for my next visit.
